We are currently looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join our client's team on a temporary to permanent basis.Role:The HR Generalist will manage HR processes including recruitment, compensation structures, benefits, training and development, compliance, and employee relations. As an integral part of the HR team, you will work closely with senior management to create a healthy work environment.Responsibilities:
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee on-boarding and help plan training and development.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Promote HR programs to align with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
