Provide expertise and deliver high-quality creative solutions for web-based experiences and videos that engage Deloitte's target audiences in a unique and memorable way

Lead and manage all aspects of the creative production process, from ideation to delivery, for web, video, and photography projects with on-time and on-budget delivery

Oversee photo, remote, and live-action video shoots with Creative Director and manage production schedules, logistics, prep calls, and maintaining production book

Collaborate across our Agile organization (creative, strategy, account management, studio production teams) to determine scopes and project requirements, participate in sprint planning, task prioritization, backlog grooming/refinement, and retrospective/post-mortem sessions for projects

Research, bid, evaluate, and award quality vendors, including creative agencies and production studios, with Business Operations and ensure vendors meet legal compliance requirements

Negotiate optimal vendor rates, along with usage rights and licensing for imagery, video footage, or audio used in final creative assets

Research latest trends and technologies in the creative industry to provide ongoing inspirations and recommendations to ensure Marketing Excellence remains at the forefront of creative innovation and solutions

5+ years relevant experience with working across disciplines in web, video, and photography production, preferably in an agency environment

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline

Superior MS Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts

Proficient in content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager

Proficient in creative collaboration tools, BugHerd, Figma, Frame.io a plus

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UX design principles, and the ability to communicate effectively with developers and designers.

Deep understanding of the end-to-end creative production process (pre-production, production, post-production)

Experience working with and managing vendor contracts

Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm

Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred
