Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our clients. This Office Manager position involves a combination of bookkeeping, administrative, and HR duties. It offers the chance to make a significant impact on our productive and growing team.Primary Responsibilities:Bookkeeping:
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank deposits and bank reconciliation
Execute the in-house payroll for approximately 20-25 employees
Manage end-of-month tasks
Administrative:
Order and manage office supplies inventory
Handle email correspondence and check mail
Maintain a positive relationship with vendors, resolving any issues that arise
HR:
Manage onboarding of new employees
Administer benefits
Maintain positive employee relations
Supervisory responsibilities:
Supervise the activities of one office staff member
Requirements
Proven experience in office administration, management, HR, and bookkeeping
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of basic HR procedures
Experience with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Ability to multitask and set priorities
Diplomacy and professionalism in dealing with staff at all levels
Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality
Possess at least 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping role
