Interacting with customers via phone, assisting with customer inquiries or placing customer orders
Working with teammates in processing customer orders in Esker, EDI, and SAP
Working on a variety of different Order Management activities including but not limited to pulling reports, monitoring the department email account, interacting with the warehouse team, reviewing pricing discrepancies, troubleshooting order issues, working with customer return requests, working with a variety of internal departments on different projects
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in customer service, order placement and data entry
Your skills include…detailed oriented, critical thinking, multitasking, reliability, listening, Excel knowledge, SAP experience.
You have a… High-school/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable. Certification if applicable.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re an… Effective communicator at all levels, with an organizational focus with the ability to represent the team and collaborate with both customers and internal stakeholders. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
