Description Robert Half is seeking a skilled Payroll Clerk with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail to join one of clients in Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in the accurate calculation of hours, overtime, PTO, deductions, and bonuses in accordance with company policies and labor laws.Key Responsibilities:
Execute multi-state payroll processing for a couple of hundreds of employees
Ensure accurate handling of W-2's
Nourish positive employee relations and resolve any payroll related issues
Assist HR department in onboarding new employees
Key Requirements:
A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Payroll Clerk
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel
Knowledge of payroll tax laws and compliance regulations
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
