Leadership and Oversight : Lead and manage a team of talented individuals and mid-level managers. Your ability to delegate tasks effectively and maximize efficiency will be crucial. You'll also provide technical management of suppliers, guide process improvements, and approve technical approaches, products, and processes.

Strategic Planning : Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies, and procedures. You'll have a crucial part in guiding the development of business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives. Acquiring necessary resources for organizational activities will also be within your purview.

Relationship Building : Maintain strong relationships with DOD customers, security stakeholders, industry partners, and Boeing cross-functional team members. Collaborating both within and outside the organization is critical to achieving program goals.

Technical Expertise : Your proficiency in leading a business dedicated to software development, testing, and deployment will be put to the test. Applying agile project management methodologies effectively is key to successful program execution.

Organizational Leadership : Lead the implementation of Cloud-Based Space C2 software systems and classified networks supporting the Space C2 mission domain. You'll also lead the strategic implementation and utilization of Boeing's premier MSTX modeling and simulation capability. Successfully managing acquisition phases of multiple Special Access Programs and navigating complex system-of-systems software development and delivery will be crucial for program success.

Conflict Management : Effectively handle conflicts within diverse teams, especially when dealing with multiple companies with competing business goals.

Program Excellence : Leverage Program Management Best Practices to ensure that program plans meet or exceed all objectives and deadlines. Creatively address challenges using the portfolio's complexity to contribute to achieving orders, sales, and earnings.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position is for 1st shift.This position requires an active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance with and SCI. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

More than 3 years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

More than 5 years of experience in a leadership role (i.e., manager, project manager, team lead, etc.)

More than 5 years of experience leading or managing a team on an IR&D project or new product development.

More than 5 years of experience in project management including interfacing with suppliers, partnerships, and/or customers.

Experience with software development for space systems and ground segments performing command, control, mission planning and data processing.

Experience with Army, Air Force, and/or Space Force satellite communications missions, planning and operations.

More than 5 years of experience working with Government organizations developing Space Domain Awareness, Space Control and/or Space Resiliency mission capabilities.

More than 5 years of experience working with U.S. Government customers.

All duties of an ATSS are tied to maintaining safe and efficient operating capacity of the vast and complex network of electronics systems required for the world\'s largest air traffic control and navigation system.
