With support of the Talent Acquisition team, develops effective recruiting strategies for multiple departments and business lines
This is a highly visible position that requires the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and hiring managers
Responsible for full cycle recruiting including: research, requisition management, sourcing of active and passive candidates, offer negotiations and closing
Manage relationships with external resources such as recruiting agencies as needed
Regular communication with hiring managers to discuss candidates and drive the recruitment process
Regular communication with potential candidates and passive candidates to build a pipeline of top talent
Responsible for changing recruitment directions and priorities proactively based upon changing business-critical needs
Supports relationships with College/University recruiting Teams
Provides supports for Professional Job Fairs and recruitment events
Supports Talent Acquisition and the HR Team on various projects
Maintains all recruiting data and reporting metrics with a high level of confidentiality
Train and lead others as a talent acquisition subject matter expert
Recommend marketing strategies to target skilled candidates nationwide
Apply subject matter expertise with internal and external workforce trends to evaluate workforce plans, identify gaps, and propose solutions to management
Here’s What You’ll Need:Minimum Qualifications:Requires two (2) years of college with courses in business administration, industrial management, or appropriate discipline, and six (6) years progressive experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.

2 years of experience using sourcing capabilities such as advanced Boolean searching, Careerbuilder.com, Monster.com, social media, LinkedIn.com, Indeed.com
Experience creating strategies to penetrate markets and the ability to communicate that with leadership
Experience interfacing with all levels of management and leadership in a corporate environment
Must be self-motivated, accepting responsibilities, completing assigned action items, professional communication and participating in a proactive manner in all teamwork activities
Must be detailed oriented and produce work with a high level of accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision or direction
Proven leadership and demonstrated results in passive recruitment, sourcing and client relationship management
Successfully managing high requisition workload, utilizing full-desk recruiting strategies and proactive, passive sourcing techniques
Experience coaching and influencing all levels of management on the talent acquisition processes including specification development and sourcing strategies
Experience providing Senior Leadership unique recruiting strategies, implementing, and then ability to identify lessons learned and incorporate changes as appropriate
Implementing company-wide talent acquisition projects/programs
Influencing and driving change while showing results to business
Position may require up to 20% travel to various locations across the U.S.

Essential FunctionsWork EnvironmentWork will be performed inside a large facility. An inside environment may be a cubicle (considerations: close quarters, low to moderate noise, bright or dim lighting).
Work assignments vary based on client requirements.
Work may include travel with the military to participate in exercises in austere conditions
Outside work may include various environmental conditions including hot, dusty, cold, icy and windy climates.
Physical RequirementsSitting at desk. Phone use and PC or laptop. Filing required. May require lifting and carrying boxes of supplies or files up to 25 lbs. Extended periods of sitting while on PC/laptop or phone.
