We are currently seeking a Traveling Construction Laborer to join our team.Position Overview: As a Traveling Construction Laborer, you will be traveling across eastern Colorado, the Front Range, and surrounding states to assist with caisson construction projects. This role involves significant travel, with over 50% of your time spent on the road.Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $25-$30/hr (based on experience)
Per Diem: $155 per day worked (for projects 50+ miles from our office in Commerce City, CO)
Lodging and Transportation: You are responsible for your own lodging and transportation to job sites.
Job Duties:
Lifting forms, steel beams, rings, and lumber
Assisting in building and reinforcing steel cages for caisson construction
Stripping forms
Assisting in pouring and patching concrete
Final site cleanup
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in landscaping, demolition, concrete work, dirt work, general construction labor, or farm work
Flexible schedule to accommodate out-of-town travel for multiple weeks at a time
Ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
Comfortable with heavy physical labor (a physical exam is required)
Clean Motor Vehicle Record
Reliable vehicle for travel to and from job sites
Valid Driver’s License
Work Environment:
100% outdoor work
Exposure to extreme heat, cold, and muddy conditions
Significant travel across Colorado and surrounding states
Average work schedule of 50-65 hours per week, with a minimum of 40 hours during the winter
Projects typically last from 1 week to 1 month, with some extending up to 2 months

Location: Multiple locations across eastern Colorado
Duration: Projects can last from 1 week to 2 months, depending on the project
Long-Term Employment: This is a long-term position, with continuous work from project to project
