Busy property management & real estate office is looking for a bookkeeper for an immediate opening. Position includes some of the following:
-Posting rents from tenants
-Paying bills from vendors
-Pay owners monthly, run owners reports, answer owners questions, etc
-Posting journal entries-Balancing business books
-1099's for owners at end of year
-Some answering of phones from tenants, owners and prospective tenants.
Bookkeeper must have at least 3+ years of experience and property management experience is a HUGE plus. Pay is $14 - $16/hr DOE. We use Rent Manager and so if you have knowledge of this system, please note it on the email. Hours 9-5 M-F. Two weeks paid vacation and paid holidays after 1 year of employment.
