Location:Colorado Springs / Monument
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (English/Spanish) Project Manager to join our landscape team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the landscaping industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage people, solve problems on the job, and maintain clear communication with clients.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and organize landscape crews
Coordinate day-to-day project activities
Solve problems and make quick decisions on-site
Communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and vendors
Ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Proven experience in landscape project management
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Valid driver’s license
Clean Driving Record
