Office Assistant /Customer Service Representative
A leading auto collision facility located in the Colorado Springs is seeking a customer service representative for immediate hire. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with a vibrant, energetic, friendly personality, and strong multitasking abilities. The CSR will be working directly with a service advisor who handles multiple high volume insurance accounts.
Primary duties:
-Communicating directly with customers (courtesy calls/providing updates on repairs)
-Creating and processing customer files (organizing)
-Updating customer database (data entry)
-Keeping service advisor informed with customer concerns
-Assisting other team members around the office as needed
-Payroll
Requirements:
-Strong computer knowledge
-Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated computer/software proficiency.
- Excellent in overall communication skills. Able to relate well to a diverse customer base.
- Demonstrated detail orientation, prefer experience in managing accounts receivable
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Predictable and reliable attendance required.
Quick book experience is a plus
Prior CSR/office experience in automotive industry a plus, but not required (The right candidate will be FULLY trained on handling every aspect of this position)
