Key Responsibilities:
- Promote our services through outstanding customer interactions.
- Provide assistance with laundry and dry cleaning needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Be punctual and ready to open the store on time.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, paying attention to details.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential; we need team members who can be counted on.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to work.
- Hours of operation: M-F 8 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sat. 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Closed on Sundays.
