Location: The Center for Spiritual Living Colorado Springs – Colorado Springs, CO
Schedule: Sundays, 9:15 AM – 10:45 AM (plus 2 hours/week, flexible)
Pay: $20/hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and warm-hearted Teacher’s Aide to assist in our Youth and Family Ministry program. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about supporting children in their spiritual and personal growth, enjoys working as part of a team, and is comfortable engaging in age-appropriate activities.
Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher in providing a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children
Assist with spiritual and educational activities, games, and crafts
Help manage classroom transitions and maintain an organized space
Engage positively with children, encouraging participation and creativity
Communicate kindly and professionally with parents and staff
Arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance
Qualifications:
Experience in childcare, teaching, or working with children preferred
Comfortable supporting children’s spiritual and personal growth
Patient, dependable, and enthusiastic about working with children
CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
