CTL | Thompson, Inc. is seeking a full-time, CAD Technician to work at our Colorado Springs, CO location. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-orientated, quality-focused individual with relevant experience. The candidate will provide general drafting for engineering projects and earth retention projects. The candidate should expect a flexible schedule to complete deliverables in response to project needs. Responsibilities include developing drawings and specifications detailing earth retention designs based on Engineer input. Analyze sketches, notes, and other material to complete drawings. Support the drafting needs for the firm’s geotechnical, structural, and environmental services. Interpret other structural, architectural, and civil drawings to develop earth retention scope and limits. Calculate quantities, dimensions, etc. Minimum qualification is a High School Diploma. Associate degree or AutoCAD certification preferred. Proficient with the use of Excel spreadsheets, and gINT a plus. Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required. Familiarity with Civil 3D is preferred. Able to operate and maintain CAD equipment, plotter, and other drawing reproduction equipment.

Any offer of employment will be contingent upon:
