ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume
kitchen environment.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Adam’s Mountain Café is a high volume restaurant serving global cuisine based on Slow Food
principles. We serve a variety of foods including vegetarian and vegan options. We are set at the
base of Pikes Peak on the East End of Manitou Springs. The majority of our staff have worked
