Front Range Staffing is hiring an experienced Cooks for immediate placement in a full-time, contract-to-hire role! This position is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments like fine dining, resorts, or banquet kitchens.
Pay: $17.00 – $22.00/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time, various shifts available
Position Description:
We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Line, Prep, Grill and Banquet Cooks to join a dynamic culinary team. You’ll be expected to bring speed, precision, and professionalism to every plate in a high-volume kitchen. If you’ve worked in resorts, fine dining, or banquet settings—this job is for you.
Required Skills and Experience:
2+ years of experience as a Line Cook, Grill Cook, Jr. Sous Chef, or similar
Experience in fine dining, fast-paced banquet kitchens, or resort food service
Comfortable with a structured, team-oriented kitchen environment
Skilled at following recipes, maintaining food safety standards, and working efficiently under pressure
Able to wash dishes and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces
High school diploma or GED
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation
Non-skid shoes required
Can lift 20+ lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift
Dependable, punctual, and positive
