Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hospitality Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by purchasing, setting up and cleaning up for coffee hour each Sunday for three services. You also will be asked to assist in other social events the church might host throughout the week, with proper notice. You will play a key role in food preparation, handling, and safety, while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
Greet and assist parishioners, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment.
Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
Handle food safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance parishioners satisfaction.
Experience
Previous experience in food handling or preparation is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food safety standards is essential.
Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and inventory management.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week
