Live-In Housekeeper / Property Assistant – Extended Stay Motel (Colorado Springs)
Compensation: Free furnished room (value $1,200/30 days) + all utilities + negotiable pay
Employment: Full-time, live-in
Small extended-stay motel seeking a reliable, self-sufficient live-in housekeeper/property assistant. Low occupancy with infrequent room turnovers.
Duties include (but not limited to):
Deep cleaning vacant rooms after checkout
Common-area upkeep and laundry
Light ground maintenance
General property care and upkeep
Time Commitment:
40 hours of contribution per week (self-managed schedule)
On-site emergency standby required
Requirements:
Must live on site
Reliable and responsible
Submit compensation proposal (weekly or every 30 days)
