Dozo Sushi in Colorado Spri, CO is looking for one sushi chef to join our 8 person strong team. We are located on 1606 S 8th St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
Train and develop chefs to company standards
Create new dishes and menus in accordance with business needs
Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly
Ensure a productive Sushi Bar flow that upholds business standards
Qualifications
Experience working as a Sushi Helper
High familiarity with Sushi equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
Adaptable to high traffic and sushi bar volume
