Part Time, permanent housekeeper needed. Job includes cleaning 3 vacation rental units on a part time basis. Days of week, and hours vary. 1-5 days per week. Hours are from 9:30am until the tasks for the day are done, approximately 2-5 hours per day.
Requirements:
*Reliability and showing up on time a must
*Attention to detail extremely important
*Must have reliable transportation and able to come to work in inclement weather
*Previous housekeeping experience not required, but helpful; we will train to our specifications
*Must be able to work any of the 7 days of the week, including weekends and holidays. Sundays are almost always required. Flexibility is necessary as guests may be checking in or out on varying days
*Cleaning duties include changing bed sheets, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting, vacuuming, doing laundry, ironing, dishes, cleaning windows, sweeping outside, shoveling small amounts of snow if necessary, taking out trash, spring cleaning type jobs, and other typical household duties.
*Please note this is a permanent, part-time position, with no possibility of this becoming a full time position. If you want or need a full time job, or just want to take a job like this temporarily until something else comes along, please do not apply. This job is perfect for someone just looking for a little extra income.
*Please note we are in the TOWN of Cascade, 6 miles west of Colorado Springs, halfway between Colorado Springs and Woodland Park off Hwy 24. If driving up the pass is an issue in bad weather, please do not apply.
$15 per hour to start with the possibility of a raise after 3 months.
