RAD Hostel, a top-rated and award-winning hostel in Colorado Springs, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeper to join our team! This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, perfect for someone who takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment for travelers from around the world.
Job Details:
Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible start time/end time depending on occupancy and willing to work with your schedule)
Days: 2–5 days per week
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including stripping and remaking beds
Launder and fold linens (sheets, towels, duvet covers)
Clean and maintain common areas (kitchen, lounge, dining room, bathrooms)
Take out trash and recycling
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed
Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled
Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas (patios, entryways)
Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues
Ensure the hostel meets high cleanliness standards for guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Comfortable working around international guests in an inclusive environment
