Canon Family Dental (www.canonfamilydental.com) is looking for an associate dentist to join our private practice. Tired of the corporate dental environment? We have a stable team that's been with us for years and have a genuine family office feel where we care for each other and our patients. We have a great reputation in our community and are busy with good staff and systems! We see children & adults from fee for service, PPO, and Medicaid.
Ideally, our associate would have 2+ years of experience, is a good communicator, and feel comfortable being the lead doctor at times. We can train and mentor if needed. We are offering 2-5 days per week with $1000 full day guarantee or 30-34% of production (per experience) whichever is higher each day. We also offer profit sharing, health insurance, and 401k. Office covers lab costs. Ownership buy-in opportunity is available too.
