Your Choice Residential is looking for Host Home Providers (HHP) to ensure the health and wellbeing for those diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)!
Who we are:
Your Choice Residential is determined to provide an unrivaled quality of care for those diagnosed with IDD. Your Choice Residential administrative staff have years of experience in direct service provision, case management, and quality assurance. What this means is that our providers have the confidence and support that it takes to be successful as a Host Home Provider. With on-call support 24/7, and a company who wants to see you succeed, you can feel comfortable knowing you will be supported at all times.
Who we are looking for:
Your Choice Residential only contracts with compassionate, hard working, and qualified providers. The nature of this work is such that someone seeking to become a HHP needs to be motivated by the rewards that come with caring for someone diagnosed with IDD. HHPs must be willing and accepting to feedback and improvement. New providers will find this support from our administrative staff very helpful. Your Choice Residential is willing to work with applicants to ensure they are trained, certified, and confident before they are providing care. However, Your Choice Residential does not settle on the acquisition of our providers. Please see below to see if you are qualified to be a perfect match for our growing agency!
We are currently in need of providers who are willing to work with an SO population, are SOMB trained or are willing to be trained, and who have no children in the home.
Your responsibilities:
As a Your Choice Residential Host Home Provider you will be responsible for opening your home to 1-3 individuals diagnosed with IDD with varying levels of supports. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: medication administration, making appointments, transportation to appointments, meal planning and preparation, activities of daily living (eating, bathing, dressing, mobility, etc.), incorporation/socialization into your family, safety training, and state mandated documentation requirements.
Compensation:
Our contracted HHPs vary in compensation due to different levels of support. Compensation is paid monthly and is untaxed. Sufficient reimbursement is also provided monthly for room and board.
