Responsible for planning, implementation and daily operation of Personal Care and Enhanced Homemaker. Provide leadership and supervision to team, implement short-term planning and delivery of supports to persons receiving services. Assists with budget development and ensures budget projections are met. Obtain and maintain good community relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
⢠Train staff to perform all job duties and monitors performance.
⢠Motivate team and provide good leadership.
⢠Supervise team members, work directly with team to provide direction, guidance and mentorship with their case load.
⢠Ensure that team members perform all the necessary duties. Provide recognition when and every time it is deserved.
⢠Responsible for timely approval of time records and monitors time records vs schedules.
⢠Schedules staff based on person served needs; approves leave time and overtime.
⢠Ensure that team members are adhere to company policies and protocols.
⢠Maintains respectful and positive interactions with person served and other staff
⢠Follows safe work practices and ensures that them is aware of what those safe practices are.
⢠Attends meetings and trainings as required. Account for team members being present at meeting and training.
⢠Encourage team to take the initiative and to think outside of the box.
⢠Ensure that team members complete documentation (paperwork, reports etc.) in a timely manner and in accordance with policies and procedures.
