We are looking for a hard working, motivated, and dedicated individual who understands the importance of being at work daily and on time. You must value honesty, teamwork, quality workmanship, and have a great eye for detail. This individual must demonstrate and show TEAMWORK / LEADERSHIP skills as you will be working with multiple individuals.
MAINTENANCE FOREMEN / DRIVERS /IRRIGATION TECHS: MUST HAVE A CLEAN MVR / Drivers License and experience with 3/4 or 1 ton trucks.

You must:
1. Have dependable and reliable transportation to and from work daily.
2. Be clean cut and demonstrate proper hygiene.
3. Be able to pass a drug test if requested.
4. Able to work 8-10 hours daily as required.
5. Have experience in PROFESSIONAL commercial grounds maintenance, landscape installation, and/or Irrigation Repair & Installation.
6. Availability must be Monday - Friday.
7. Minimum 1 year experience operating mowers, string trimmer, and backpack blowers and other landscaping equipment is required. Any equipment operating experience is a plus. Irrigation techs ideally should have some irrigation management / repair / installation experience.
8. Ability to listen and take direction from supervisors and complete tasks in a proper and timely fashion.
9. Ability to perform minor service on vehicles and equipment.
10. Must enjoy working hard and need a job.
11. Must be committed to their work.
12. Having references in Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping Installation & Irrigation System Management/Repair are a plus.
13. You MUST arrive to work on time, ready to work DAILY.
14. Clean MVR and DL REQUIRED for anyone in a driving position.
15. You can roll with us through snow season therefore having full time employment year around.
