Excavation and Equipment Pipe Layers/Labor
Double T Earthworks Inc is a small family-owned excavation company that is looking to hire Excavation Pipe Layers and Labors immediately. New ground-up projects in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. We offer Health, dental and vision insurance along with a 401K option. Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to effectively spot for equipment operators, in an effort to eliminate damage, when excavating in the vicinity of underground utilities (communication, power, natural gas, water, etc.).
Follows specifications for the job and company policies.
Assembling pipe systems for storm or sanitation sewers, drains and water mains.
Strong work ethic
Use of hand tools (shovel, wrench, level, screwdriver, etc.)
Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on tools and equipment
Use of power tools (demolition saw, grinder, circular saw, drill, laser level, etc.) as needed during the pipe installation/repair process.
Completing all paperwork to include timecards, vehicle and equipment inspection logs
Following instructions from supervisors
Communicate effectively with other production team members
Can work five days a week and can do overtime when needed
Licenses: Valid Driver's License. THIS IS A MUST
