General labor help needed, ability to follow directions, driver license to drive company vehicles, reliable transportation and availability Monday-Friday are all a must.
Weather delays during the week occasionally will require weekends to be worked.
Hours can vary with being a weather dependent job, average right now is 25-35+ hours per week. Summer time peak can bring hours to 50+.
Pay depending on experience but starts at $19 an hour with zero experience. After 1 month, pay will be raised to $20 per hr. Yearly raises and cash bonuses. 1 week paid vacation time after 1 year of employment. Weekly direct deposit.
Main duties are typical general labor
Moving equipment (MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 200LBS UP AND DOWN STAIRS WITH ASSISTANCE)
Loading/unloading materials & equipment
Cleaning of trucks & shop
Set up of jobs, covering walls, staging materials, etc.
Learning to operate grinders, burnishers, auto scrubbers
Clean up of job sites
Assisting in application of materials
