Looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, self-motivated team player with good customer service skills. Responsible for general maintenance and repairs, vacant-unit make-ready, grounds-work and preventative maintenance for two family-owned apartment complexes.
Duties include:
- plumbing and electrical;
- painting, drywall repair;
- landscape maintenance (including sprinkler system) and snow removal;
- boiler inspection/maintenance
- minor construction/rehabilitation projects
- pest control
- emergency on-call
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years previous maintenance-related experience.
Experience working in a rental community is preferred.
Must hold a valid Colorado driver’s license, insurance and have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, stand, sit, lay for extended periods of time.
Full-Time, M-F 8-5 plus on-call and snow removal as necessary
$23-$25+/hour, depending on experience
