Mycocosm Mushrooms is hiring part time farm help!
We're currently looking for a full time hand at the farm, 30-40 hours per week. We need two to three days a week beginning immediately, and 5 days beginning Sept 22. No mushroom cultivation experience necessary, just attention to detail, a good work ethic, and an upbeat attitude! Position also includes working occasional farmers markets, both locally and less frequently Boulder and Golden.
Job duties include:
-Substrate preparation
-Sterile inoculation
-Harvesting
-Cleaning
-Mushroom fruiting preparation
-General farm projects + logistics
-Working farmers markets
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, have an upbeat attitude, and be moderately flexible on shift end times. The workload can fluctuate based upon harvest levels, but we don't leave work undone!
