ColoradSpringsInstantOffers.com is in need of a contractor. We're hoping to find someone we can build a permanent relationship with and who can work with us on all our flips.
We need someone who:
1) Is priced competitively so we have enough margin to purchase the flips
2) Can complete flip in timely manner (typically 3bed 2 bath 1500sqft home in 1 month)
3) Responds quickly and communicates
4) Knows how to work hard and efficiently
5) Desire to grow and build a bigger business
I'm the owner of The Johnson Team (johnsonteamworks.com) and COS Instant Offers (ColoradoSpringsInstantOffers.com) Like I said earlier. We're growing this business and this will grow into something that in 2025 is at least 12 flips and in 2026 probably 24 flips.
