Position will involve various new home cleaning activities, such as:
-Vacuuming (carpets, vents, etc.)
-Sweeping (floors, basements, garages)
-Dusting/Washing/Polishing
-Tub/Shower/Toilet cleaning
-Jobsite trash removal
-Occasional lifting/moving of materials up to 35lbs.
-Other duties as needed.
Interested applicant MUST have:
Prior cleaning experience
-Reliable transportation
-Valid DL & insurance
-Mobile phone w/internet access
-No felony background
-Proper identity and work authorization documents
-Strong work ethic - dependable, detailed oriented, and a self-starter
-Solid communication skills
Company provides:
>Flexible work schedule with core days/hours being M-F, 8am-5pm
