Construction Cleaning Technician – (Local Area)
We're looking for a Construction Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This role involves cleaning new home construction sites and getting them ready for move-in.
Duties include:
Vacuuming (carpets, vents, etc.)
Sweeping (floors, basements, garages)
Mopping floors, dusting and polishing
Tub/shower/toilet cleaning
Jobsite trash removal
Lifting/moving materials (up to 35 lbs)
Other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license & insurance
Smartphone with internet access
No criminal background
Valid ID & work authorization
Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Prior cleaning experience preferred
We provide:
Flexible weekday schedule (M–F, 8am–5pm)
