Looking for ranch foreman. Interested in candidate with mechanic experience, interest in being outdoors, and willingness to learn! Ranch is a family-owned cow/calf operation southeast of Colorado Springs, Colorado. The cowherd is a commercial angus herd. The ranch raises replacement heifers. The ranch also operates a small, irrigated hay operation. Aside from retained heifers, calves are marketed online and typically ship mid to late October.

Ideal candidate is self- disciplined, uses good judgment, and is always improving; understands the value of open, honest communication and listening, and conducts himself/herself in that manner; constantly strives to perform his/her job and seeks out new challenges; isn’t afraid to make mistakes and learn from them.
