Looking for QUALIFIED SNOW PLOW DRIVERS IN THE COLORADO SPRINGS AREA WITH A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) YEARS EXPERIENCE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORDS Position can lead to full time employment with a Commercial Grounds Maintenance Company.
We are currently hiring EXPERIENCED, COMMITED, RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS to complete snow removal services at commercial properties. Wages will be determined based upon experience.
DUTIES: Driving a ¾ or 1 ton pick-up truck w/plow or Skid Loader/Front-end Loader to complete snow removal services. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:
1. PROVIDE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH A CLEAN RECORD.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:
2. Track and log ACCURATELY all work completed to our requirements for yourself and shovelers.
3. Supervising shovelers ensuring that all required areas are shoveled and cleared properly and adequately.
4. You must be willing to work as the storm dictates which includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
5. You must be willing to work long shifts. Availability for EVERY snow storm is a MUST.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1-2 years commercial plowing experience.
- Reliable and Dependable transportation to get to our shop prior to storm.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- A reliable way to communicate with you (cell phone).
