Window Cleaning Experience (2 years) with Prior Boom/Arial Lift Experience

Working in a commercial facility site, the window technician is responsible for cleaning all areas of the facility in coordination with a supervisor and other peers. The window technician will be trained on using "green" chemicals as we work with the government entities. Additionally, as we promote from within. The right candidate may grow within our company. If you have window cleaning experience, general cleaning experience, or floor care experience, we want to hire YOU. We will even put you through school for those that show their willingness to achieve great success. We have certified lift programs available, SDS (formerly MSDS) Training, OSHA Training, EPA Training, etc. That candidate for cleaning crew member must be multi-faceted in working and be cross-trained in all areas of cleaning. The right candidate must be able to complete other requirements such as:
ï Working and staying on cleaning task to meet timelines.
ï Ability to work with others and independently.
ï Pay attention to detail -- with a sight on timeline for completing each task.
ï Once trained, capable of inspecting his/her work to be sure it's done properly.
ï Follow all "rules of the job" having to do with conduct and safety.
This is a great and steady job for someone that has experience in cleaning and is able to stay on task.
