You Must Be:
a practicing attorney of at least 2 years
engaged in ethical billing practices
in good standing with the State Bar
experienced in the Practice Area of Law advertised above
Limited scope contracts (preparing documents, making court appearances, for clients representing themselves in pro per) are paid at a rate of approximately $100-250/hr; Full-service clients are often retained at $5 - 7.5k initial fees but will vary depending on the practice area.
