Are you a skilled event planner with a robust network of business contacts? Do you thrive on connecting professionals and creating engaging events? We are looking for a dynamic individual to plan and execute a range of marketing events, including open houses, B2B events, happy hour socials, and training classes for various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate and plan events such as open houses, B2B networking events, happy hour socials, and professional training sessions (for trades, agents, maintenance staff).
Networking & Outreach: Utilize your existing book of business or professional contacts to identify potential attendees, partners, and industry professionals for each event.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with key contacts, helping to grow the business and achieve marketing goals.
Program Development: Build and grow a program that can generate new opportunities through networking, leveraging your established contacts to bring in fresh leads and attendees.
Promotions & Incentives: Develop incentive programs for attendees, such as bonuses, reviews, and commissions, to encourage participation and engagement.
Reporting & Feedback: Collect feedback after each event and measure success to refine future event strategies.
Requirements:
Established Network: Do you have a book of business or directory filled with valuable contacts in your industry? We’re looking for someone who has an extensive network and knows how to use it to generate opportunities.
Event Planning Experience: Proven ability to plan and manage various types of marketing events, from professional networking events to training classes.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent at engaging with individuals at all levels and fostering relationships that support business growth.
Self-Starter: Ability to independently manage and grow a program while meeting financial goals through commissions, bonuses, and other incentives.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the trades, real estate agents, or maintenance industries is a plus but not required.
Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple events and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail.
