We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for setting up and operating Fadal and Fanuc-controlled Doosan CNC mills to produce precision billet aluminum components. A strong machining background and experience with Mastercam software are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC Mills to create precision aluminum parts.
Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Perform routine maintenance on machines.
Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to maintain dimensions and tolerances.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
Work with the team to improve machining processes and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in operating CNC Mills in a production setting.
Ability to read blueprints and understand machining processes.
Knowledge of materials, tooling, and good set up skills (Mastercam experience is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
Problem-solving skills and ability to adjust machines as needed.
