ORDER PICKER AND INVENTORY REPLENISHMENT

Brist Mfg., is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker and Inventory Replenisher to join a newly created operations team at our warehouse in Fountain, CO. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders and maintaining proper inventory levels within the warehouse. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

To qualify, we require 1 - 2 years' experience picking orders, working with inventory or general warehouse experience, a work history where a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is an expectation, a Lean mindset to continuously improve and deliver customer value, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly to operating systems and procedures. This position involves standing, reaching products using a ladder, lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 DOE/DOQ, and benefits include 2 weeks PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental and vision, and Simple IRA with employer match.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Picking:

Accurately pick and prepare items for customer orders based on pick lists or system-generated instructions.

Verify item quantities, sizes, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy.

Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment following company guidelines.

Inventory Replenishment:

Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock in designated locations to maintain optimal availability.

Restock shelves, bins, and racks with apparel items, ensuring proper organization and labeling.

Update inventory records in the system to reflect replenishment activities.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect items during picking and replenishment to ensure they meet quality standards.

Report any damaged or defective items to the Warehouse Manager.

Warehouse Organization:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, ensuring apparel products are stored systematically.

Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits as needed.

Collaborate with the team to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.

Equipment Use:

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or barcode scanners as needed.

Ensure all equipment is used safely and responsibly.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Previous experience in order picking, inventory management, or a similar role is preferred (1-2 years).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.

Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

Organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
