Mikron Manufacturing, Inc. is a job shop that specializes in sheet metal, precision machining and value added assembly. Mikron is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Mikron is currently looking for a Quality Inspector, hours 7:00am to 3:30pm, to join our team. The duties for this position will vary depending on the workload.
The ideal candidate:
Prior inspection experience performing detailed product inspections using prints and specifications.
Record product characteristics with technical detail and accuracy, maintaining comprehensive and precise inspection records.
Responsible for in house calibration and monitoring all measuring equipment.
Initiate quality notifications and identify quality issues.
Ability to assist in ISO annual audits.
Ability to work in any capacity on the manufacturing floor as needed.
Good oral and written communications skills.
Ability to lift 40lbs.
