Front Range Staffing is seeking a Sales Support Administrative Assistant with 1–2 years’ experience for a manufacturing company in Northern Colorado Springs.
Pay: $22-24hr
Schedule : Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm
An ideal candidate for this role would possess the following skills and experience:
1–2 years of experience in Sales and/or administrative roles.
ERP software experience required (Oracle / NetSuite preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, delivering excellent customer service and timely support.
Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
Process orders and ensure accurate, prompt fulfillment.
Oversee packing, shipping, and logistics of products.
Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
Maintain department schedules, reports, and digital boards with current information.
Manage and update spreadsheets and records in SharePoint.
Support invoice processing and assist with digital inventory management, including transfers, refurbishing, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
Contribute to quality control efforts by assisting with data entry and internal procedure support.
