The Assistant Manager serves as the face of our properties with residents, and assists our family-owned and operated small business with the overall administration, supervision and management of 2 apartment complexes. The role includes all functions related to multi-family property management including leasing, rent collection, resident relations and computer/paperwork related to Section-8 elderly and disabled subsidies. 25-30 hours/week (M-F)
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience in property management – Project-based Section 8 and vouchers, a plus
Customer service skills; ability to interact professionally
Organized and detail-oriented
Experience using property management computer software
Ability to communicate effectively
Team Player
High School Diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation required
