Customer Support Specialist/Receptionist
Fireplace Warehouse ETC is a local hearth and HVAC distributor providing fireplaces, stoves, gas grills, fire pits, HVAC systems, closet organization and service to individuals, builders and developers in the Denver, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs and the High Rockies.
Our growth requires we add additional experience in this area of our Denver and Colorado Springs operations.
Responsibilities:
Assisting and welcoming customers
Answering and routing incoming calls
Scheduling appointments for the Service Team
Confirming appointments for Service and Sales Team
Securing On-line Building Permits for Service Team
Maintaining inventory of written materials used by Sales and Service Team
Develop knowledge of internal processes
Requirements;
High School diploma
Proficient on computer with knowledge of MS Office
Superior verbal and writing ability
Company
Full time job Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00, some Saturdays
Salaried to be determined based on experience paid bi-weekly
