We are looking for office personnel to help run the day to day for a family owned HVAC company here in Colorado Springs.
Job duties:
Answer phones
Schedule appointments
Create install packets
Schedule inspections with PPRBD
Input warranty parts
Collect payments over the phone
etc.
Must be organized and friendly on the phone and in person.
