Looking for someone to join our team to assist with office duties. Need someone who is self-motivated, a team player, detail oriented, able to handle a fast-paced environment, and reliable! Experience in Customer Service a must. This position will start out as assisting in the office with a possibility of moving into a bigger position. We need someone who wants to be with the company and is eager to understand what we do here. I need someone who has a tough skin, can stay focused, and able to work in a construction environment. The ideal person we are looking for will be able to learn and ask questions to understand the position given without being prompted.
We are a smaller business' with allot of in and out go. We need someone who can grow with the company and put the job duties assigned a priority to assist in our growth.
Job Duties: Answering phones, scheduling bids/ making appointments, taking notes, greeting customers that occasionally come in, work hand in hand with me and the General Manager on daily tasks, Microsoft/computer skills. Accounts payable, accounts receivable assistance, light cleaning, paperwork.
Pay is based on experience with a 90-day review to determine future advancement. Looking for someone to work part time to start Monday through Friday 8-2 (30hrs) and as busy season approaches move to full time (40hrs.) Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
