We are looking for 2 Office Co-Managers IMMEDIATELY to operate our existing Hood Cleaning business, Five Star Safety Clean. We will train you! Pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Office manager duties and responsibilities include scheduling appointments, making office supplies arrangements, and providing general administrative support to our technicians and customers. Previous experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator would be an advantage
Must be available immediately! You can apply in person as well.
Responsibilities include:
Work with partner to schedule appointments and make collection calls.
Keep up and follow operations and procedures that are in place.
Handle any customer or technician issues that may arise
Requirements include:
Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Familiarity with calendar scheduling (we use Google Calendar)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
