Position Duties:
Answer and return phone calls
Schedule appointments
Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional way
Order and track parts
Follow up on unpaid invoices
Confirm appointments and send reminders
Light data entry and record-keeping
What I’m Looking For:
Someone reliable who shows up when they say they will
Comfortable using a phone, text, and email
Good communicator with a positive attitude
Organized and able to keep track of tasks
Experience in office work or customer service is helpful but not required
Must be able to stay consistent and communicate clearly
Hours:
10–20 hours per week to start
Flexible schedule
Some work can be done remotely after initial training
