Equity Colorado Real Estate, a dynamic and rapidly growing brokerage, is seeking a full-time Managing Broker to lead our Colorado Springs office, supporting approximately 90 agents. Our robust company systems will empower you to excel in this leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Colorado Springs branch
Provide contract and business practice support
Offer mentorship and conduct training classes
Monitor compliance procedures and existing paperwork
Recruit and retain new agents (profit share bonuses for agents hired)
Maintain strong professional relationships with agents
Requirements:
Active Real Estate License (Employing Broker Level License is a plus)
Extensive knowledge of real estate contracts and business practices
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Well-organized with great attention to detail
Willingness to commute to the Colorado Springs office
Previous management experience in a real estate-related role preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor contract and business practice support line (90-minute call-back)
Conduct regular real estate sales and business practice trainings
Manage daily brokerage operations (compliance, payroll, etc.)
Communicate current business practices and market knowledge to agents
Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain talented agents with corporate support
Assist in payroll processes
Create marketing materials using tools like MailChimp, Canva, and Photoshop
Maintain office paperwork and perform additional office duties as needed
