I’m a top-producing real estate agent in Monument and Colorado Springs seeking a Licensed Real Estate Assistant to join my team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives with a mix of client-facing and behind-the-scenes work, including nights and weekends for showings and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Assistance: Provide support during active transactions via phone and email.
Marketing Support: Prepare postcards, mailers, and install/remove signs or lockboxes.
Show Homes: Assist buyers with evening and weekend showings.
Vacation Coverage: Handle urgent client needs and showings during designated times.
Office Day: 1 (or more) days per week in Monument CO.
Estimated hours 10-15 Hrs Per Week

Hourly Pay: Competitive rates starting at $18–$22/hour.
Bonuses: $500–$750 per closed transaction.
