MOBILE HOME PARK MAINTENANCE ASST. MANAGER FOR Aroura , CO.
MOBILE HOME, APARTMENT OR CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
PREFERRED. MUST LIVE ON SITE IN THE 3 BEDROOM MOBILE HOME
PROVIDED BY THE PARK.
Will be responsible for performing and overseeing all park maintenance and
operations including, but not limited to, landscaping, operating a riding mower,
repairing water and sewer lines, swimming pool maintenance, general construction,
minor mobile home repairs, snow plowing, using a sewer jetting machine,
repairing potholes, and supervising the outside assistant manager.
Full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 pm. On call every other week.
Salary of $2,300.00 per month, plus benefits that include free housing in a 3-
bedroom home, free utilities, free health insurance, and simple IRA retirement
plan.
Must have a valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, no DUI’s in the last 5 years,
no felonies, Social Security Number or ITIN. Must consent to drug testing. Please
